This notice sets out who owns the content on srutio.com and what you may do with it. It is part of the Terms and Conditions. In this notice, Srutio, we, us and our mean Srutio Media And Software, and the site means srutio.com.
1. Ownership
1.1 The original text, images, graphics, logos, designs, page layouts and custom code on srutio.com belong to Srutio or its licensors. The themes and plugins that run the site belong to their authors and are used under their own licences. They are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and by other law in India and elsewhere.
1.2 Srutio asserts its right to be identified as the author of its original work and its right to object to distortion of that work, to the fullest extent that the law allows.
2. What You May Do
2.1 You may view the site, share a link to any public page, and print or download a page for your own reference.
2.2 You may make fair dealing use that the Copyright Act allows without permission, such as criticism, review or news reporting, with the source named.
2.3 Journalists, reviewers and other writers may quote short passages of the text for editorial coverage of Srutio, if they name the source and link to the page. A short passage means no more than 100 words.
3. What You May Not Do
3.1 Without the written permission of Srutio, you may not copy, republish, sell, translate, adapt or distribute the content, or use any of it as your own, beyond what section 2 allows.
3.2 You may not use automated tools to copy the content of the site in bulk.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining
4.1 You may not use the content of the site to train, fine-tune, test or improve a machine learning or artificial intelligence system, or to build a dataset for that purpose, without the written permission of Srutio. Srutio reserves all rights in this respect, including any right to opt out of text and data mining under the law of any country.
4.2 The robots.txt file of the site states which automated agents may visit it. It does not grant any licence to use the content.
5. Names, Logos and Trade Marks
5.1 The names Srutio, Srutio Media And Software, Swaran Labs, Srutio Social, Social Treble and Precision For Hire, the names of Srutio products, and the associated logos and taglines are used by Srutio as trade marks. Their appearance on the site gives you no licence to use them.
5.2 An application to register the Srutio name and tagline as a trade mark in Class 9, which covers software, was filed on 9 January 2026. None of the names and logos named in clause 5.1 is registered at the date of this notice.
5.3 Srutio does not claim that any name or logo is a registered trade mark, and it does not use the registered trade mark symbol. If a registration is granted, this notice will say so and the symbol will be used for that mark alone.
5.4 Names and marks of other parties belong to their owners and are used on the site only to identify them.
6. Work of Others
6.1 Work shown in a portfolio on the site remains the property of its owner, who may be Srutio or a client. Seeing that work on the site gives you no right to use it.
6.2 If you believe that something on the site is your work or your property and appears without your permission, section 8 tells you how to report it.
7. Asking for Permission
7.1 To ask for permission to use content or a logo, write to contact@srutio.com with the subject line Permission request. Say what you want to use, where and for how long, and whether the use is commercial. Srutio replies with its decision and any conditions. Permission is effective only when Srutio gives it in writing.
8. Reporting an Infringement
8.1 To report content on the site that you believe infringes your rights, write to contact@srutio.com with the subject line Infringement notice, and include:
- your name and your contact details
- a description of the work that you say is infringed, and proof that you own it or are authorised to act for its owner
- the address of the page on the site where the content appears
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, by a licence or by law
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate
8.2 Srutio reviews each complete notice, and may remove or change the content, or ask you for more information or proof of your rights. Srutio replies to a complete notice within 30 days. This process is voluntary. It does not replace any legal remedy that you have, and it does not limit any right that Srutio has.
8.3 A person who knowingly sends a false or misleading notice may be responsible for the loss that it causes.
